App settings and preferences (notifications, haptics, motion sensitivity where applicable)

Motion sensor data may be processed on your device in real time to enable slap / motion-based sound effects. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not collect your name, email, or personal identifiers unless you contact us for support.

Much of your app experience is stored on your device—for example, preferences, selected packs, and Break Mode settings. We do not upload your full app content to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires it (and we will describe that in-app or here when applicable).

Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear data within the app, where available.
Crash logs and analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.
Support communications may be retained for up to 2 years.

9. Children's Privacy

SlapPhone is rated for teens and adults in line with store guidelines (e.g., suggestive audio in some packs). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us and we will take prompt action to delete it.

10. Third-Party Services

SlapPhone may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Apple App Store / Google Play: For subscription billing and app distribution
Crash analytics provider: For app stability monitoring (often anonymized or aggregated data)

11. International Data Transfers

SlapPhone may be operated from the United States. If you use the app from outside the US, any data we process may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the app, you consent to this transfer where applicable law allows.
